These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of products and services provided by Clau Araya ("Designer") to clients ("Client" or "You"). By purchasing any product or service from Clau Araya, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
1.1 The Designer offers digital products and design services, including but not limited to branding, graphic design, templates, and other creative solutions. 1.2 The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, necessary materials, and timely feedback to ensure successful completion of services or customization of products.

2. Payment Terms
2.1 All products and services must be purchased at full price upfront. 2.2 Payments are processed securely through PayPal, the official payment method. 2.3 If the Client is not satisfied with the product or service, they may contact the Designer via email to discuss a possible solution. While refunds are not guaranteed, the Designer is committed to finding a satisfactory resolution.

3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All design work, including templates, branding, and other deliverables, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Designer until full payment is received. 3.2 Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product or service for personal or business purposes. 3.3 Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized copying of any products or services is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of Digital Products
4.1 Digital products, such as templates and downloadable content, are provided "as is." While customization is allowed, the Client may not resell or distribute the original files. 4.2 The Designer is not responsible for any issues arising from improper use or modification of digital products by the Client.

5. Confidentiality
5.1 Any personal or business information shared by the Client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased product or service.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Designer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services. 6.2 The maximum liability of the Designer shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific product or service.

7. Project Completion
7.1 Services purchased will be completed as outlined. If the Client wishes to make changes or pause the project, they must contact the Designer via email to agree on a suitable solution.

8. Modifications and Updates
8.1 The Designer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to online businesses in the Designer’s country of operation.
